He has spent most of his career advising, providing coaching and / or providing corporate strategy to senior management. He has worked in sessions with over 2000 managers. He has given lectures and workshops on strategic management of change, among other things, in over 25 countries and more than 215 organizations. Also a participant and regular speaker at different conferences and contributor to Spanish and international media. Graduated from George Washington University (Washington, DC) with a double major in Economics and International Relations, he has a Master’s in International Relations from Georgetown University (Washington, DC). MANUEL BERMEJO
MBA from IE Business School, Agricultural Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and a diploma in Corporate Entrepreneurship from Babson College. Professor Berman is Director of the Advanced Management Program at IE Business School, Founding Director and Senior Program Family Business Management and a member of several boards. Entrepreneurship expert, Professor at IE Business School since 1992, he has combined teaching and administration in the IE with extensive activity in the corporate world. Author of numerous cases, research articles and books, Professor Berman is a regular contributor to major Spanish and Latin American media.

PASCUAL MONTAÑES
Professor of Strategic Management at Instituto de Empresa 1990. Professor of Business Administration at the Universidad Politécnica de Cataluña, Professor of Business Policy at the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia (Spain) and Visiting Professor in Management Program at INCAE (Costa Rica), IESA (Venezuela) and TEC de Monterrey (Mexico). Vice President of Value Propositions, Ltd. Prior to joining the Business School, was at Andersen Strategic Consulting and CEO of Coopers & Lybrand. Doctor of Law from the Universidad de Navarra, Doctoral Program in Business Administration from IESE and Bachelor of Law from the Universidad de Barcelona, the mountain is also a professor in Strategic Management Specialist, Family Business, a subject taught in the Family Business Program Business School with Monterrey Tech and forums organized by the Institute for Family Business.

ROLANDO ARELLANO

TOMÁS GARICANO
With a Bachelor in Law degree from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and an MBA from IESE, he began his career as assistant to the Treasury Management Group of Imperial Chemical Industries. It was the first step in a successful career that led him to hold various positions in companies such as NH Hotels or Cortefiel. In 1985 he started teaching at the Instituto de Empresas and two years later assumed the deanship. As a teacher, specializing in Finance and Advanced Finance, subjects he taught in the MBA program and the Master of Laws. Author of several technical notes and a regular contributor to major media, Professor Garicano also examined the problem of Good Governance, where his study on Information Management Council in Spanish Companies in cooperation with DMR Consulting (now Everis) stands out.
