About BGS

-
Beta Gamma Sigma has established 500 collegiate chapters on six continents, and inducted over 650,000 outstanding students into membership. These members have served in corporate, government, non-profit, educational, and other management positions at every level of responsibility. Members currently reside in all 50 U.S. states and more than 160 countries around the world. During 2012-2013, Beta Gamma Sigma celebrates its Centennial year with many special projects and events.
-
On Friday 29th April, in New York City, during 2011 AACSB International Conference and Annual Meeting (ICAM), Beta Gamma Sigma (BGS) society installed the CENTRUM Católica Chapter, becoming the second Business School in South America to obtain this recognition after the Fundação Getulio Vargas of Brasil. During the ceremony, Dr. Fernando D´Alessio, the Director General of CENTRUM Católica, was inducted to the Beta Gamma Sigma, becoming the first CENTRUM Católica Chapter member.
-
It is an honor for CENTRUM Católica to receive this recognition of quality and excellence, as there are less than 50 Chapters installed outside of the U.S., and only three in Latin America. To be elected as a Beta Gamma Sigma member is the highest honor that Business Schools can receive. Hereinafter, the best professors, students and alumni from CENTRUM Católica will have the opportunity to become a part of the global network of over 625.000 professionals that form the Beta Gamma Sigma society.
-
CENTRUM Católica and Beta Gamma Sigma society created an agreement to offer partial scholarships to Beta Gamma Sigma members participating in CENTRUM Católica´s Full-time MBA Program.
-
CENTRUM Católica invites Beta Gamma Sigma members around the world to apply to its Full-time MBA scholarship program to enhance their global business practices with a unique perspective of business administration.
